My mother in law was pulling her travel trailer to Garner tx and thankfully happened to be in the vicinity of Cavender Grande Ford in San Antonio when her truck died. They towed her, as well as her 40 something foot travel trailer to Cavender Ford. These people went above and SO FAR beyond to help her! Bryan Burger, who is the sales director, and Kaleb Wilkerson, who’s a sales consultant, helped her set up her RV in the dealership parking lot, got her generator running, hooked her up to water, took her propane tanks to get filled and set those up, brought her food and drinks every day, all while trying to diagnose her truck! She ended up having to purchase a new truck, and they gave her an amazing deal! They even found a tonneau cover to fit it and got her all taken care of! I’m 4.5 hours away from San Antonio, but I promise I will be making that drive to purchase my next truck from them! OUTSTANDING fellas!!
