Justin sheffield is a legit salesman; we went to get my wife a new vehicle, and that same day i ended up getting myself a new rogue as well cause i liked the type of person he was. A straight shooter with the process and made things simple, he didnt try to pressure us to get a new vehicle like another place we had previously went to. Definitely would recommend him.

Had a great time buying a car. However the salesman promise more than they can provide. I had a man named Ed facilitate my car buying process and promised me additional items when the car was purchased in order to help with the buying process. He made promises over text messages and in spoken words in store that were not communicated to the manager nor service staff members. Nor did he communicate that my car was to be picked up and left my new personal car keys on his open air desk in the lobby for literally anyone to take. ... Read More

I am not too happy with the way Cavender is handling my frequent loss of oil in my Escalade. I just can't see paying $200.00 again for checking (real) level of oil at 1500 miles.... When it's already documented that my V8 engine is consuming excess amount of oil.
