I must say I'm was very happy with our visit with Cavenders! Our saleswoman Destry was helpful, friendly and most importantly she made us feel comfortable! Upon arriving she had our car we wanted in the front waiting on the test drive and paperwork ready to go over with us! The whole process was awesome and we didnt leave feeling like we have been taken! Thank you guys for all the help!

When I inquired about a vehicle, Isaiha was quick to respond, answered all my question and made a video of the vehicle I was inquiring about. When I arrived Isaiha greeted us and had the vehicle ready to look over. Unfortunately that particular vehicle just didn’t check all the boxes for our family. Isaiha quickly came up with two more options, one of which we did purchase. We were able to see the vehicle go through Cavenders multipoint inspection process as this was a pre owned vehicle, and were throughly impressed with the process and were also able to speak with the technician who was performing the inspection. Tony who was in the finance department was very helpful and informative. Tony answered all my questions and concerns. Overall I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Everyone was very helpful, professional and never felt pressured into doing anything we weren’t comfortable doing. A great experience from the sales dept to the service dept and the finance dept.

Cavender Nissan did a great job servicing my Nissan Z. Shout out to Service Advisor Mike for making me feel like a valued customer!

Just purchased a Cadillac Escalade at Cavender. Process was easy and no pressure. Julian was fantastic to work with. Definitely the best dealership experience I’ve ever had.

The whole experience was very pleasant and easy. Karina Rodriguez and the gentleman in finance (sorry I can't recall his name) were very helpful, especially Karina. She answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I'm not a resident of San Antonio, therefore, Karina made it a point to be available by phone every time I had a question. She even shared a video of the truck I was interested in. When we settled on the truck, final purchase price and trade in amount, we scheduled a date for me to drop off my trade-in for the new truck. Because of my work schedule, I only had one particular day to pick up my new truck and complete the sale process. Unfortunately, that particular day was Karina's scheduled day off. But to her credit and to Cavender's for hiring customer focused people, like Karina, she said it was not problem, that she would come in to complete the process personally. She also called me the following day to check if I had any questions or concerns about my new vehicle. GREAT Customer Service! Thank you, Karina Rodriguez!

Service rep was very personable and kept me in the loop with updates on my truck. Great job!
