Awesome experience at Cavender Grande Ford our salesman JR helped us through the process of trading in our old f150 and helping us pick out our new 2026 f150 4x4 they even kept the dealership open late for us so we could take our truck home that same night thank you JR and to the whole Cavender Grande Team 🙏🏽

Justin sheffield is a legit salesman; we went to get my wife a new vehicle, and that same day i ended up getting myself a new rogue as well cause i liked the type of person he was. A straight shooter with the process and made things simple, he didnt try to pressure us to get a new vehicle like another place we had previously went to. Definitely would recommend him.

The dealership even had the car driven from San Antonio to Houston the same day to get it to me — great communication throughout and the car arrived in perfect condition. That kind of service made the whole experience feel effortless
I walked in and was greeted by Darius the sales rep. From start to finish he was kind of, helpful , honest and kept things real . He guided us through the buying process with professionalism and laughter. Got me in a 2026 F150 with a deal of a lifetime. Met our budget and expectations! Austin In finance closed the deal and blew our mind with the rate and monthly payment. Loved Cavender grande ! ! !

Me and my husband have purchased several cars at Cavender Cadillac and I have to say the service we received on my recent purchase was Great! The salesman Larry White was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I love my Car and give Thanks to Larry for his hospitality.
I am not too happy with the way Cavender is handling my frequent loss of oil in my Escalade. I just can't see paying $200.00 again for checking (real) level of oil at 1500 miles.... When it's already documented that my V8 engine is consuming excess amount of oil.
Throughout the lease process, Cody provided excellent service, was knowledgeable and honest. Our June service we received exceptional service from Javier. Very happy with Cavendar
