This was one of easiest and most efficient dealerships I’ve worked with so far. I was on a time crunch to find a vehicle, as I was in a collision where the other vehicle totaled my truck, and I needed one for work. Mark, my sales representative, was solution- oriented and listened to exactly what I was looking for and needed. He came up with multiple options and was able to find one that fit within budget I gave him. It ended up being a BEAUTIFUL truck, better than I expected I could get. Bonnie also assisted in the process and she was wonderful and knowledgeable. Everyone from Mark to Finance was understanding and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about them. Had a hiccup with my car’s repair getting completed in a timely manor. Took over a month. After a week, Cavenders did offer me a loaner car. A big Thank You as it was saving me time, trouble, and money of daily booking rides to and from work. Yesterday, Cavenders texted to tell me my car was ready. Yea. They even gave it a wash before returning my car to me. Cavenders took a bit off the repair total for the inconvenience of having taken over a month to get my car repaired. That shows Cavender’s cares! Their offer was respectful of me, my time, and I appreciate that kindness and thoughtfulness. FYI, Cavender’s is using an AI system. When you call, you don’t speak to a human anymore. When I arrived to pick up my car, I asked two service representatives if they had gotten any of my voice messages or saw my texts as directed to do by their AI. They both assured me they never received any of them. As I was waiting…, a lady walked in to ask about the recall for her car. It was coming up on two months of the part being ordered. She mentioned she had left several messages through their AI system but as of yesterday no one had gotten back to her, so she drove in to ask about the part. Gentleman next to me had came in to check on his car because he had left AI messages but no one called him back. I understand their frustration!

I went in last week to just look around, the car I had at the time was about to fall apart. When I went in to ask about a Chevy trax I was greeted by Irma who was super kind and helpful. Would recommend anyone to go get a car from here new or used!
