Their online payment estimator tool was completely inaccurate, so I followed up directly. The next day, Sales Manager Jacob F. contacted me, expressing strong interest in earning my business. Quick and Easy buying experience. Jorge was very quick to respond and easy to work with. Straightforward pricing and was able to close the deal remotely. Victor in financing was great too. Jorge even delivered the new purchase on a Friday evening so I had it before the weekend.

Took my car in to get my oil changed. Carlos was the tech I worked with, super professional, quick work and did exactly what needed to get done.

My vehicle was taken into the shop and about one and half hours it was finisher and washed. The problem I had was the life time oil change for veterans. I was promised by the sale lady that I would have my oil change for life but I had to take it where I bought it which I did. I wasn’t charged this time because of Raymond said I’ll won’t charge you this time but get in touch with the sales manager and get it resolved. I will work on it before my next oil change.

Kevin James was our sales person. We had a great experience as this is the third car that we have purchased from Kevin. I love my 2022CT5 and was said to have to pick another car. Kevin worked closely with me and I ended up purchasing/leasing a 2025 Lyric with all the equipment that I wanted, and the color exactly that I chose. Confidence truly is Cavender Cadillac! The sales people like Kevin James, and a smooth process from sales all the way through to the financing it made it an extremely pleasurable experience!

Service was top notch. The work was completed same day before noon. Justin was courteous and efficient. They even vacuumed my car which was appreciated. The work was under warranty so I didn’t pay on this one. Highly recommend.

Absolute horrible service department. I dropped off my daughter's car on a Saturday for a 7:00 AM appointment on the following Monday. When I called Monday afternoon, I was rudely told that Cavender had 24 -48 hours to do a diagnostic, which I was never informed of. 5 Stars – A Truly Exceptional Experience. I had been searching across Texas for weeks, looking for a specific Yukon in a certain trim that was clearly in high demand—only ten or so were available statewide. I was given a 10:am appointment and arrived early thinking someone would look at the vehicle. Was told I would need to leave it for 24-48 hrs.!? I should have been told to expect that. So after driving thru traffic across town I had to just turn around. The service advisor said my appointment was to drop off the vehicle. I sure won’t be back at that dealership.

Sevice does not follow through with requested repairs under warranty . We have requested certain repairs to the vehicle and we told that it will be taken care of. When we go pick up the vehicle they tell us they don’t do that type of repair at the dealership and we are told we have to take it ourselves to the body shop after they had told us they would take care of it. We had a very good experience with Cristi and the finance manager. Cristi was very friendly, informative, and not pushy at all. He answered all my questions and arranged a test drive without delay. I love my new Rock Creek Rogue, with all the sporty features! Finance was easy enough and we were out the door. I’d recommend this dealership and Cristi, for sure! (The cappuccino is good too!!)

If I could rate NEGATIVE stars, I would. Brought in for warranty covered repair on Jan 20, and they had it for 58 days, Service Manager Gianni Martinez literally refused to come to phone. Only time we could get any info was going in person. FINALLY ready per TEXT and we went to pick it up with NEITHER the Service Tech or Manager in site. every time I come here to get a repair, they try to charge me an astronomical fee. I have to then always remind them that I purchased a protection plan when I bought the vehicle from them, which takes them another 45 minutes to an hour to look up.

I went in for an oil change and left with a $1200 bill. I only ask for an oil change.

I got a $1200 bill . The ONLY THING I. Requested was oil and filter service.. and tire rotation. but they performed more to get the bill to $1200, which I never signed for or requested. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

Would not recommend very unsatisfied with this company , they smile in ur face to make a sale and feed u lies then afterwards when something is wrong with the car 3 weeks after u got it they say oh u have to pay for all maintenance cost even though my car has 1 year warranty . The sales agent are 100% unprofessional, they talk to u like a child .
