Mr. Garza provided great customer service. The customer service waiting area offers complementary coffee and water bottles. The only area that could be improved is the internal communication between the service representative and the parts department. I had to reach out to the dealership to check on the status of my part, and more proactive updates would have made the experience smoother.
Vince asked what I was looking for and helped me narrow down my search based off what I provided him. The process was quick and easy! From trading a car in to purchasing my new one- I was able to complete my transaction in a few hours!

Ford was able to come out to me for work which made it very convenient. I had received many notices and letters regarding services that needed to be done on my Bronco, but as a mom, I never found the time to drop off my car and wait for it to-be ready. We had a great experience here, everyone was friendly from the jump. Greeted as soon as we walked up and the entire staff crew is very light hearted, I appreciated that, in my opinion, there was never this sense of pressure or being pushed. Justin S. was great. After a horrible accident that totaled my truck I was extremely worried about the process of getting another vehicle. Logan was AWESOME throughout the buying process. He was very patient, and kept us informed of everything going on throughout the entire process. I don't remember the Finance officer, but he was amazing as well. My credit was not where I had believed it was, and yet they were still able to get me a decent interest rate with an affordable monthly payment. I'd like to thank James del Bosque in the Commercial Department for taking care of my Ford Maverick. Although my truck couldn't be driven when it was towed in, I was not charged for a repair since it was a sensor reset issue. He also completed a software update which I hadn't even mentioned, and had the car washed to a sparkling condition. Despite being OME equipment, shockingly few dealerships carry the Continental tires I have on my Buick. I got an irreparable flat and this dealer was the only one who has the part. What’s more is they got me in last minute and even squeezed in the scheduled service on my vehicle. Service advisor was courteous and knowledgeable. Will for sure be switching to this dealership for future maintenance needs.

This was the smoothest places I have ever shopped for a vehicle. They did not bug us constantly they just asked what we would like to drive. Gave us a few test drives and then quickly appraised the trade in. Was able to negotiate pricing without any hassle. Carolina was our salesman that easily and quickly got us in our new Envista!
