Have been taking all my vehicles to dealership exclusively for last 12 years. Service has been consistently reliable and as timely as today's logistics systems allow. Personnel have always been courteous and helpful. Recommendations for service needs have been consistant with mileage accrued on the vehicles and helpful in planning for upcoming need. Costs are comparable with RELIABLE COMPETENT independent shops.

My experience was nothing less than exceptional. Cameron was an amazing salesperson. He was great with communication and knowledge of the vehicle I was looking into. He definitely wasn’t that “pushy” salesperson that we all know and dislike. He listened and got me what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Buick GMC west and Cameron as your salesperson.
I purchased my Pathfinder on 8/22/2026. I love it but have not received the registration sticker yet. Was told that a receptionist would mail it to me. My husband is a veteran sent copy of his DD214 to receive free oil changes for life still have not heard about that either. And have not received copies of any docs that were signed when we purchased. I have called and left messages but nothing. It feels like that once you are sold a car they want you to just go away and not to bother them again

Every team member we encountered during our buying experience was awesome. New dealership so the facilities were all modern and nice. The only drawback is that the buying experience shouldn't require a 5+ hour "day at the dealership".

Imagine buying a brand new suburban- all the bells and whistles only to have the sound go out- not only the radio but the blinkers and all sensors- anything that would serve as a safety measure- nothing working. Then your told it’s a known issue it can’t be fixed- no trying no nothing! Your suppose to just except it a love on. BUYER BEWARE!!! No one buys a new vehicle to loose all sounds inclusive of the radio! Find a better car and dealership!

My sales person was amazing and so was Austin with the finance office, he was quick. I'm only giving 3 stars because when i bought the Used Expedition, they did not realize the tint on the drivers side was messed up so they gave me 2 options.
