Popped in on Saturday just to check out the Armada with no intention of purchasing as we were going to check out multiple brands over the next month. We traveled 2 1/2 hours after speaking with Javier Gomez over the phone . He asked my budget and what I was wanting and made sure I had what I asked for before doing the drive. The experience was smooth and he was beyond easy to work with. He made us feel comfortable and answered all questions. His finance partner Denice M was great. Explained everything and broke down how much our monthly payment would be based off warranty’s and down payment to make sure we stayed in our range. Overall great experience!

Scheduling a service appt was fast, service was great. 3 stars because 1. Had to bring my truck a second time because they didn’t finish the computer upgrade (and somehow didn’t notice this) and 2. Did not tighten my lug nuts after rotating my tires. Discovered this after leaving and feeling my truck shake on deceleration. I could tighten them with my hands. HUGE safety oversight. They sent a mobile guy out to tighten them and apologized. Service recovery could have stepped it up a bit- perhaps a refund for service or credit for future work.
Roy was our sales guy and he was great! He did an awesome job showing us the car that my daughter was interested in. And Adrian, the finance manger was awesome. They have great deals on their certified pre owned cars! Go there for great deals and ask for Roy!
Came with Hind Abdallah for my new 2026 GMC Terrrain and the process was quick and simple she answered all my questions, if you’re in the market for a new vehicle ask for her!
Had a scheduled appointment, showed up they scanned my truck. Walked me to their work station. They explained what they were working on and the approximate cost. Got me a Uber to take me to work. 3 hours later called me to tell me work was done and that a Ford employee was headed my way. Oh and!!!! They wash my truck for me!
I had the privilege of working with Camron on purchasing my truck. From the very first communication, I experienced a great customer experience. Over the next month+ I was in communication with several staff members at this Cavender location from service to the Sales Manager, Director and even GM. Everyone was excellent to work with. They helped make a stressful situation right when things didn't go according to plan. I would not hesitate to work with the folks there on buying your next car. They will take care of ya.
If you go in to see a car, ask for Logan Clemons. He is very friendly, not pushy, and knowledgeable of the vehicles. You won't be disappointed!!!

I came in to have recall issue taken care of. They did good. I had a 7am appointment and the system was down. I sat from 7am to 11am before anyone told me the system was down.

Kitzia Medal is a 10/10 employee at this location. She assisted my dad and was super smooth in transitioning to assisting me. She goes above and beyond any sales consultant I've ever encountered, without being intrusive, rude, or demanding. Definitely deserves talking to if you're interested in purchasing a Ford. I made Cavender Grande Ford my preferred dealership on the website/app due to her honesty, helpfulness, and professionalism. Ty and Julian were also pleasant to work with and helpful. Didn't feel pushed to purchase or do anything, actually was provided very honest info and assistance.
Five out of five stars for Cavender and our salesman, Patrick. Dude was friendly, communicative, honest, and answered every question we had with no problem. Every concern was heard, acknowledged, and addressed. Actually ended up buying something. Not many dealerships and salesmen I'd recommend, but this was a decent experience.
Irma was able to make trading in my Rogue a pleasant experience. I was surprised at how quickly the process was!

Review for RV services done 7/28/26. This facility is NEW! They moved from IH-10. Very nice & clean facility. It has its own RV/Commercial service area. Matt McCrary was very helpful over the phone & when I arrived. He came out to meet me, took care of my concerns regarding the RV tire pressures & current condition. Also done a complimentary inspection where he recommended replacing a secondary battery & air filter. All in all, it was a great experience, considering I was welcomed to come in without appointment. I will definitely be back! 👍🏼 for Matt!

Even when I decided on a different vehicle during the middle of the sale, they made an adjustment and continued working with me making the sale seamless and quick.
